Digital Services

LottoGeniusAI provides digital, AI-assisted features delivered immediately upon purchase or subscription activation.

General Rule

• All sales are final once access to paid features is granted, except where mandatory consumer rights apply (see below).
• Results are not guaranteed; refunds are not issued for unsatisfactory lottery outcomes.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting Support.
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds.

Crypto Payments

• Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, crypto payments are generally non-refundable.
• Network congestion or fee variance is outside our control and not refundable.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you typically have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases. By requesting immediate access to digital content/features before the 14 days end, you expressly consent to delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once access is provided.

Service Issues

If paid features are materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact us within a reasonable time. We’ll work to restore access; in rare cases we may offer an extension or credit at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve issues. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
